Photoshoot Rules & Regulations
When booking a photo shoot, please have the date and time ready to give the photographer
to see if availability is open. If that date and time are not available, please see if anything else
is open. Please understand that you MUST come Hair and makeup ready for your Photoshoot.
The photographer will not be responsible if your makeup artist or Hair Stylist cancels or
is late to do your hair or makeup. Also, The Photographer is NOT responsible if you are late
for your Makeup and/or Hair Appointment. Please make sure you book your Hair and makeup
appointments ahead of time so that you have at least an hour or 2 before your Photoshoot
session. If you are 30 mins or more late, there will be a $50 fee added to your remaining balance. if you are more than 45 minutes late, your session will be canceled and you will have to rebook your session.
there will be a $75 fee to reschedule (this is not negotiable).
RESCHEDULING Fees need to be paid within 24-48 hours after a request is made before locking in another booking date.
All Clients need to bring their own Props for their Photoshoot Sessions. The Photographer
is not responsible for getting any props unless previously discussed.
No kids are allowed at the studio unless they are doing a photoshoot or have a proper adult
to care for them. Please make sure you come to your sessions 30-45 minutes early. Your time
is your time. Unless Discussed ahead of time or paid before your photoshoot starts,
once your session time is up, no extra time will be given, even if you're late.

Please understand that all Wedding Photos will come with Lite Editing ( lighting, removal of certain objects...etc). If you would like your photos to have skin retouching, please discuss this with the photographer upon booking.
FAQ About Photo Shoots
Do you shoot outside locations?
Yes, I do shoot outside at locations. Prices varies depending on how far the travel is and there will also be a setup fee. Contracts will also need to be signed in case of equipment being damage, photographer or client not showing up, and the process in getting the right photo taken.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
You can extend the time of your photoshoot if the time is available, but the client needs to let the photographer know ahead of time. Doing this will help in finding out if you can acquire the time needed. or you can just pay extra for a different package that will have more time and extra stuff to get for your session.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You can order prints through me and also on your own. The photographer will give you a place to get proper, high quality photos printed at.
How long does it take to get Edits back?
Photoshoot edits take 2-3 weeks to get back. If a client needs photos back in a quicker time, a $50 fee is required and you will receive them within a week & half from when you tell the photographer which photos you need edited.
Hey, So I want to do a Birthday Photoshoot, How do I go about booking?
Sooooo, I ask that when doing your Birthday photoshoot, please book at least 2-3 weeks ahead of that day so that you can get the photos before your birthday and be able to post them that day. Unless your paying to get them back in a faster time, that's the typical time period.
What is the policy regarding refunds?
Clients who request to have a refund issued, please understand it will be sent within 7-10 business days. The only time a refund is issued is if the photographer requests a change in something about your session and if it conflicts with anything, you can then request to cancel and get a refund.
FAQ About Weddings
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes, there will be a travel cost, setup fee's and other stuff regarding this. Contact your photographer to describe more of what you need.
Will there be a second shooter?
The only way a second shooter is coming is if you want one to cover more of your wedding. Starting fee for a second shooter is $400.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes and No. Yes, you can, if you pay the photographer at the time of acquiring the extra time.
No, if the photographer cannot make it after and have a prior engagement after the time you booked them for. Please make sure you specify with your photographer ahead of time if you want more time or not so they can leave room open, just in case.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Yes, You will have to order prints through me. I have a certain way of quality the prints needs to be in to get the maximum quality.
Whats the wait time to get the photos back?
You will get your online gallery within 2-3 weeks to view and check out. Prints will be given after you choose the ones you need your photographer to print out. if you are getting a wedding album, that will come 2 weeks after galleries are given to you.
